Public Speaking can make anyone anxious, but anxiety can be managed and confidence can be built with tips from these two training sessions. This is a critical skill for fulfilling an essential service for public health and for advocacy.

To deliver a great speech there are three stages for preparation: Information Collection, Content Development, and Delivery Preparation. The first training session will provide tips for Stage I and II to create a manuscript of your speech customized for your audience.
